I feel that our Perfect Pour is the best product on the market to use for dentures, night guards, bite plates and similar appliances and devices. You’ll notice the way I named this product – our ability to develop a better formula has, I believe, resulted in the best moldable acrylic on the market.

There’s some companies out there that “reverse engineer” their so-called breakthrough products. That means that they get an analysis done of the chemical formula of a competitive product and use that analysis to formulate a similar dental lab product. I’ve never worked that way. I research the existing products on the market simply to see where improvements are possible. When I sit down to develop a new product, I get out a clean sheet of paper, metaphorically speaking. I think through what I know of all the formulas that could be used to solve problems in the lab with our dental lab supplies and then I get to work.

A Special Formulation for the Job

When you mix up an acrylic solution for dentures or similar items, there’s always the concern that you will get the solution into the mold in time for a perfect result. With Perfect Pour, you have a full five-minute window to pour. Anywhere in that time will give you an excellent result.

The colors will not shift on you so what you see when you mix the material is what you get in the finished item. There’s a great range of realistic colors, too.

And I have been able to work with the ingredients of this acrylic to get you some very significant improvements. I’ve thought it through all the way down to the molecular structure of the acrylic to eliminate as much porosity as possible, so your patients are happier with their appliances. This advanced formula reduces the amount of shrink as the item cures and the curing time is shorter as well. With reduced shrink, you are much less likely to have to have an appliance remade, after it failed to fit the patient’s mouth.
