SIN-CER SINTERED DIAMONDS
Description & Application
DENTAL VENTURES OF AMERICA’s line of sintered diamonds used for the purpose of shaping and finishing of porcelain.
The product was assimilated into DVA’s line of unique products only based upon the customer’s overwhelming favorable reaction the test samples provided. Their comments, which were universal in their reaction, included:
- “they cut sharper, and without chipping.”
- “they keep their shape and last longer.”
- “they cut faster.”
- “we like the unique color, they are easy to find on the workplace.”
All of these comments were made very enthusiastically, but best of all, every trial customer re-ordered the three shapes. That’s all good.
Sintered diamonds have become extremely popular for cutting and shaping porcelain as they are noncontaminating and contain the diamond abrasive material throughout the entire cutting area – they are not coated!
As the use of sintered diamonds has become well-known and accepted, it is not necessary to explain the specific use of the product.
As mentioned above, DVA offers three different shapes, all for use with straight handpieces only.
Product Benefits
As pointed out above, the benefits of this widely-used product, are obvious. While they are used exactly like the competitive products, they simply work faster, last longer and cut sharper and hold their shape longer! And, perhaps, best of all, they are priced very attractively.
